An overnight Strawberry and Oats take just a couple of minutes to form and loaded with nutritious ingredients like wheat, strawberries, Greek yogurt, Chia seeds and milk for healthy, filling breakfast. My son can Chow some wheat overnight like no other! We all love them.

I always turned to taste only for fun and recently made strawberries Oats and overnight creams that clothed so good! I made them the night before and just pulled them out of the fridge within the morning to enjoy. you'll also make them 2 hours before you would like to eat them if you favor.


Strawberries and overnight wheat cream crammed with nutritious ingredients including ancient Oats, fresh strawberries be happy to use frozen instead, Greek Strawberry yogurt, milk and Chia seeds. I also threw some collagen protein powders that haven't any taste only for some extra protein but be happy to skip it if you're not a lover of protein powder. additionally , you'll use plain Greek yogurt or vanilla rather than Strawberry.

STRAWBERRIES & CREAM OATS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together for overnight oats in a pint sized mason jar. Preferably, let sit in fridge overnight or for at least two hours.
